Our CRM team is a huge part of ZALORA – making sure that campaigns on the site are aligned and performance for the site is consistently outstanding. We do so much! But let’s break it down for you;
How does the team bond?
I’m glad that many of us have become friends! We occasionally hike and dine together to keep ourselves in shape but at the same time can’t resist spoiling ourselves after with a good meal!
Due to our geographic location, it’s hard to hang out with them physically, but they often tell us stories of people in our team being pranked! There was a time when we were also included in the process – it’s really fun being part of the team.
What are some of the big obstacles the team faces?
An obstacle is how to keep a balance between brand image and key performance indicators.
What are some quirky fun facts about the team?
We like to start off our weekly call meetings with ZL singing to test our audio!
What are some of the top buzzwords used by the team?
“Chop Chop” – It’s used to get our colleagues to drop work and head out to lunch!
